There are not many places left unspoiled by man around this globe, but Birgit Verhagen has captured the pure, clean beauty of the Antarctic in her exhibition “A Fragile Eden”. After getting high praise at previews of some of the works, Birgit and the Highway Gallery of Mt Waverley will be presenting a full exhibit of the complete collection from May 15 to May 28.
“A Fragile Eden's” expressive pastel works take the viewer into an environment of crystal blues, purples and silvers that few of us are ever likely to experience.
