Lauraine Diggins Fine Art (Melbourne) is pleased to present Australian Women Artists Between the Wars featuring a selection of paintings and works on paper by over 40 different artists.

In the period between the wars, Australian women artists were leading the way by challenging traditions and exploring new ideas in art with a focus on colour, form and design, and subjects such as urban culture. Australian Women Artists Between the Wars celebrates these modern artists and the exhibition includes works by BECKETT, BLACK, CARRICK FOX, COSSINGTON SMITH, HAXTON, HEYSEN, PRESTON, PROCTOR, SAUERBIER, SOUTHERN & many others.
