Private Collectors are a rare breed. This exhibition provides a rare insight into the highly personal and frequently eclectic practice of collecting. All the works in this exhibition are drawn from one private collection amassed over thirty years and among other criteria fitted the need to ‘fit into the boot of a car'. Perhaps not what one expects to drive the passions of a collector but underlining the practical aspects of the exercise. Artists represented include James Gleeson, Wendy Sharp, Euan McLeod, Jean Appleton, Susan Norrie, Brian Dunlop and others.
