Now in his 80s, Townsville-based printmaker Tate Adams AM shows no sign of slowing down. Adams has adopted gouache as his favoured medium, leaving behind the intricacies of the woodblock. This exhibition showcases a broad spectrum of work from one of Australia’s most acclaimed printmakers.
Public Program 29 September, 11.30-12.30 pm: floor talk with curator Vanessa Gerrans and print specialists Frances Thomson and Professor Jenny Zimmer. Includes morning tea. Free, but bookings essential.
